Refund Eligibility:

• Design Services: For customized products, including business cards with design services, refunds cannot be issued once the design process has begun. If a design fee has been paid but the design process has not started, customers may be eligible for a refund of the design fee only.

• Printed Products: Due to the customized nature of printed products, refunds cannot be provided for errors not attributable to FlaBizCo, such as typos, incorrect information provided by the customer, or dissatisfaction with the customer’s design. We strive to provide clear product descriptions and proofs for approval to avoid such issues.

• Product Quality and Shipping: If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival due to our fault, we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected goods. Issues arising from shipping delays or damage caused by carriers are beyond our control, and refunds cannot be provided for such circumstances. However, we will assist in resolving any shipping issues to the best of our ability.

To submit a refund or replacement request, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of product receipt, providing detailed reasons for the request and any relevant photographic evidence of product issues attributable to FlaBizCo’s production process.
