Charles "Kirk" Weed

Originally from Ponte Vedra Beach, Kirk moved to Tallahassee to attend college, but his career took off sooner than expected. Before he could even graduate, he was hired by Absolute Computing Solutions, where he quickly became an integral part of the team.

During his time at Absolute, Kirk worked his way up from hands-on technical support to managing large-scale IT projects for businesses of all sizes — including national television networks. He played a key role in expanding client services, managing direct accounts, and leading a team of technicians to deliver high-level IT support. His ability to stay calm under pressure, strengthen infrastructure, and implement forward-thinking solutions made him a trusted resource for companies modernizing and securing their systems.

In July 2024, Kirk joined FlaBizCo, and our clients quickly felt the difference. He brings both technical depth and steady leadership — the kind that keeps problems from becoming emergencies. He cares about doing things right, and it shows in the way he supports the businesses we serve.

Shortly after joining FlaBizCo, Kirk earned his Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) credential. This certification reflects his hands-on expertise in managing secure Microsoft Azure cloud environments — from identity governance and network security to infrastructure monitoring and performance optimization. For our clients, that means confidence in a cloud environment built and maintained according to proven Microsoft standards.

When he's not keeping businesses running smoothly, you’ll probably find him messing around with his drone and learning new videography skills.  And occasionally he's in the gym.
